1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the PlatterDesk software-as-a-service ("Service"), including our digital QR menus, Kitchen Display Systems, and Cashier POS modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Registration & Tenant Security
Restaurant subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials, including manager and cashier accounts. You agree to immediately notify PlatterDesk of any unauthorized access.
3. Commercial Use & Acceptable Behavior
PlatterDesk licenses its multi-tenant platform for lawful hospitality operations. You agree not to circumvent subscription quotas or attempt database penetration.
4. Payment Processing & Gateway Integrations
Online guest payments facilitated via integrated gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe) are subject to the third-party processor's respective terms.
5. Service Availability & SLA
While PlatterDesk targets 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted environments, scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via your administrator console.
